Our Role
Modus was invited to represent the UK and the Birmingham region in a collaborative effort with delegates from the commonwealth to address any food policies and supply issues, with Modus there to identify areas for improvement of reducing food waste. The group included representatives from India and Africa who were responsible for managing significant quantities of food in their respective cities. The goal was to work together with city leaders in reducing food waste and producing an energy solution with an organic fertiliser by-product that can be used for farming.
